Wilander In To Final

Wilander continued on his winning ways when taking out the colt’s edition of the Blue Diamond Prelude at Caulfield on February the 9th. The exciting Exceed and Excel colt remains unbeaten after winning this Group 3 event and will head into this Saturday’s Arrowfield Blue Diamond Stakes (Group 1) as the nominal favourite.

Wilander is another great advertisement for the Rockmount/ Darley combination as all of there Victorian race horses come through our system. The day was made even more exciting for Darley as their sire son of Danehill, Exceed and Excel, had the first two place getters home in both Prelude divisions. Exceed and Excel is now an unbackable favourite to be champion first season sire.
